In a nutshell, Flxgdsgen is an ant based generator that creates customizable Flex/Air projects.
The Flxgdsgen project uses GraniteDS for the communication between the client and the server. For the server side framework it uses Spring.
The generated project is an Ant/Ivy based project that contains all the necessary files, so that it allows you to easily import the resulted projects in Eclipse/Flex Builder.
If you have Eclipse/Flex Builder it`s recommended to install the GraniteDS Builder plugin.
